CIA Secret Jail in Bulgaria?
"Swiss intelligence have intercepted a fax from Cairo to the Egyptian embassy in London, which proves the existence of CIA secret jails in Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Kosovo and Macedonia, where Al Qaeda members are questioned and held, the Sunday issue of the Swiss tabloid Sonntagsblick reports. There is no official confirmation of the information. Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivaylo Kalfin said such reports were groundless and ill-intentioned. He added that checks up had revealed that there were no such jails in Bulgaria. The Swiss Ministry of Defense will start an administrative probing into the information."
