Ukraine's Antonov aircraft design complex proposing that European Union use its transport planes for implementation of programme for rapid response to emergencies
EU delegation inspected the An-148 regional passenger jet, the An-225 transport airplane (the world's largest transport airplane), the An-70 military transport airplane, and the An-124-100 airplane (which has been used in several European Union operations, including the SALIS programme). Antonov proposed joining the efforts of European countries in implementing the European Union's programme for rapid response to emergencies, based on the positive experience of cooperation under the SALIS programme, and using its An-32P multifunctional airplane for this purpose.
