Former Rumsfeld deputy now World Bank President Wolfowitz tours Europe - Tsepo Livombo
PAUL Wolfowitz, the World Bank President and "neo-con of the first hour in the Bush Administration" has embarked on a seven day tour of Europe to consult with shareholders on the international development agenda.
The World Bank president has since arrived in the United Kingdom before visiting other European Union (EU) countries such as Belgium, France and Australia before returning to America.
