Europe turns in solid economic growth
The 13-member eurozone economy turned up a solid growth performance during the second quarter with the currency bloc expanding year-on-year by 2.5 per cent, data released Tuesday showed. The release of the data, which was drawn up the European Union's statistics office, came in the build-up to a key meeting of the European Central Bank on Thursday which is expected to pull back from a planned rate hike.
