Euro-Mediterranean Partnership or the Barcelona process resulted from the Euro-Mediterranean conference of Ministers of Foreign Affairs held in Barcelona in November 1995. It aims to progressively integrate Southern Mediterranean countries to the European Union. How far will the EU go in integrating non-European countries?"
