Serbia's electoral choice: Europe or Kosovo?
Serbia's election campaign comes to an end this evening, with voters facing a stark choice on Sunday: embrace the future at the heart of Europe, or stake all on the altar of Kosovo. The province's declaration of independence is a bitter blow for many Serbs. Hundreds of bikers descended on the mainly-Serb town of Mitrovica in support of hardline nationalist Tomislav Nikolic, who is outraged at much of Europe giving a green light to Kosovo's move.
