The PVV of Geert Wilders wants that all development aid to Suriname by the Netherlands is halted immediately now that the Suriname parliament has passed the amnesty law.
"The Secretary of Development Aid, Ben Knapen should immediately stop any planned transfer of the millions of Euro's intended for Surinam", said Johan Driessen in the Dutch Parliament on Friday. " We must not be spending one penny more on that Banana Republic", according to the PVV' Parliamentarian.
