The Anti-Islam film made in the United States now incensed the Turkish people.
After a wave of protest and anger spread across the Middle East, anger has finally touched the shores of Turkey, and if the numbers are any indication in the turnout for Friday’s demonstration, then there may be many more still to come.
Hundreds of people gathered in Istanbul's Beyazit Square to protest the film. The was organized by Turkey's main Islamist Organization.
