Croatian philanthropic businessman Marijan Filipovic decided to help 400 employees - by giving them his entire company.
Speaking to HTV Filipovic said: "I’ve decided to do this because it makes me happy. The mos satisfying thing is being able to share."
Filipovic bought his Goranprodukt company in 1993 for 12 million German marks. He developed the company under its new name Finvest.
